Title: City of Millville - Cumberland County
City of Millville – Walsh Act – Commission form of government
Is seeking a full-time City Clerk. Interested applicants must possess a Registered Municipal Clerk Certification (RMC) and have at least 2 years of experience in municipal government, in the Clerk’s Office. Candidate will serve as Secretary to the Governing Body by preparing meeting agendas, minutes and resolutions; serve as custodian of records which includes responding to OPRA requests; conduct and serve as Chief Administrative Officer for all municipal elections; issue various permits and licenses; coordinate and supervise activities of clerical staff; attendance at Council Meetings and extended hours on election days are mandatory; ability to work cooperatively with elected officials, department heads and employees and have strong customer service skills.
